Sacramento retail center gets green light

In the Sacramento suburb of Natomas, Calif., developer Ethan Conrad Properties is likely to get the green light to break ground on Natomas Fountains, reports ABC10. The 116,000-SF site would sit on 12.54 and consist of a strip of up to 86,000 square feet of retail, plus four individual buildings. "We’re in discussions with some cool, new to Natomas tenants that will be a great addition to the community," John Brecher of CBRE, who is marketing the property, told ABC10.
