
Evansville, Ind.-based Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in county seat communities, added four new employees during the month of January.


Julie Hammack, an Evansville native with over 17 years of experience in administrative services, will serve as a business management assistant in the business management division. In this position she will be responsible for assisting with customer service, lease services and coordinating property maintenance. Hammack previously worked for mining equipment manufacturer, Flanders, Inc.
Christian Miller, an Evansville native, will join the acquisitions division as an acquisitions sourcing specialist. He will be responsible for sourcing, conducting analysis, and making recommendations on viable commercial shopping centers for investment. Miller graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. His previous experience includes retail management and internships with Community One, Scottrade and Pollux Systems.

Cynthia Knott will join the leasing division as the leasing coordinator. She will assist the leasing department in expediting and executing lease agreements at Regency-owned properties in 13 states. Knott graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Global Leadership. She has over 15 years of

Kyle Brown, a native of Fenton, Missouri, is currently a sophomore at the University of Evansville where he is seeking a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance. Brown will serve as the accounting and finance division intern for 2017. Brown is an active volunteer for the Warrick County Humane Society.
