Houston's Fairfield Town Center adds retail, dining options

Washington Prime Group Inc. will welcome 12 new retailers, dining and personal service options, this February, to Fairfield Town Center.

Northwest Houston’s newest open-air lifestyle venue will host openings for national retailers Amazing Lash Studio, Great Clips, Pump’d Nutrition, Sally Beauty Supply and Sport Clips, as well as the locally popular Nail Bar of Texas. Restaurant openings include Jersey Mike’s Subs, Jimmy John’s, MOD Pizza, Slurping Noodle, Subway and Yogurtland.

Prior to the holiday shopping season last year, the 600,000-square-foot outdoor destination celebrated the openings of Bath & Body Works/White Barn Candle Co., Marshalls/Homegoods, Kirkland’s, Maurice’s, Old Navy, Party City, Ulta, Torrid and Chipotle. More recently, Today’s Vision joined the opening mix.

Rounding out Fairfield Town Center’s diverse selection to date are Academy Sports + Outdoors, AT&T, Bank of America, Chick-fil-A, GNC, H-E-B, Lenscrafters, McDonald’s, Rooms To Go, The Mattress Firm, Zoës Kitchen and Pei Wei Asian Diner.

“We’ve had an exciting 2016 that has seen more than half of Fairfield Town Center’s diverse mix of national and local retailers, quick service dining options and personal and professional services open and become an instant hit with the community,” said Paul Ajdaharian, executive vice president of community/lifestyle centers at Washington Prime. “This year promises even more potential as we continue to populate the well-traveled center with more choices.”

Situated just 25 miles northwest of downtown Houston, Fairfield Town Center serves the fifth largest market in the United States with six million residents. The rapidly growing, affluent suburbs of Houston have increased population numbers by 200 percent over the past decade and are expected to continue to grow by more than 20 percent over the next five years.

Fairfield Town Center is located at 28644 Northwest Freeway, Cypress, Texas, 77433, adjacent to the Houston Premium Outlets. With an 11,000-acre, master-planned community currently under construction just across the highway, ultimately including 20,000 new homes and 65,000 residents, the surrounding area is poised for future growth. The Grand Parkway expansion intersects with US 290 just northwest of this site, positioning Fairfield Town Center at one of the most significant intersections in the market.
