IM Property Investments named Jay Wollenberg Vice President of Asset Management and Property Management for the company.
IM Properties, in partnership with Bradford Real Estate, is a developer of The Corners of Brookfield, a 750,000-square-foot premier lifestyle center located at I-94 and Barker Road in the Town of Brookfield, Wis.
IM Properties is one of the United Kingdom’s largest privately owned property companies, with property owned and under management in the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. IM Properties spans through the industrial, retail, office and residential sectors.
The Corners is currently under construction and scheduled to open to the public on April 8 with Von Maur and other select tenants debuting that day, and others opening later in spring and into the summer. The unique lifestyle center will be comprised of 400,000-square-feet of retail and restaurant space and 244 luxury apartment homes.
In his new role, Wollenberg will have overall responsibility for asset management for IM Properties’ assets in the Midwest, including The Corners of Brookfield development.

For the past 15 years, Wollenberg served as the Director of Real Estate for Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. In this role, Wollenberg managed the complete real estate portfolio, working with an array of tenants, collaborating with vendors and landlords, overseeing a Property Management team and more.

Wollenberg is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he earned a bachelor of arts in business communications. He resides in Waukesha, Wis.
